means. The provisions for each respective
Promo Code are included with the code
itself; if an expiration date or other
condition is stipulated, just reference
where you acquired the code for the exact
requirements. Please note that promo codes
are not redeemable for cash and you must
spend more than the discount price in order
for a promotion to be applied. For example,
if a promo code offered $10.00 off your next
purchase, you would need to spend more than
$10.00 to redeem your discount.

4. REFUND
POLICY
To take advantage of
officialCP.com's return policy, Customer
agrees to comply with officialCP.com's
Product Return Procedure as below. Any
breach of officialCP.com's Return Policy
Procedure will result in the loss of ability
to return. Furthermore, all return shipments
not in compliance with these instructions
will be rejected.
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated
may be returned for a refund within 7 days from the date
that the item was delivered . This means: A
return authorization number (RAN) must be
requested within that 7 day period.
Items shipped back without the RAN
prominently shown on the package label or
address area WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR
RETURN. Not all request for a RAN will
be granted. see below for items that won't
be accepted for return. These terms apply to all refunds.
Customers must inform officialCP.com of any
order discrepancy within 3 days from the
receiving date so that we may investigate
and resolve the situation accordingly. # All
RAN requests MUST include complete
order information #

We can accept the return if:
* All tags need to be attached on items for
us to accept the package, we will not accept
the return if you have altered tags in any
way.
* All original packaging material needs to
be provided and in original form to accept
the return.
* Request a RAN number within 7 calendar
days from the date the package was
delivered.

We can not accept the return if:
* Items that are soiled, worn, DAMAGED AFTER
WORN or laundered.
* By law, we can not accept return on
Undergarments/Bikini/Wig for hygiene
purposes once they have been tried on or
worn. We will consider open package on
such items as tried on or worn.
* All Costume, Seasonal costume, special on
sale, Undergarments, Jewelry and Accessories
Items, NO EXCEPTIONS.
* Pass the 7 days calendar return request
period for an RAN number.
Shipping charges for returns will be at
the customer's expense unless it was a
shipping error on our part and customer is
accepting exchange on the same item only. No
return shipping fee will be paid if the
customer is asking for refund or exchange on
different items, even if the item is
defective. Customers must inform
officialCP.com of any order discrepancy
within 3 days from the receiving date so
that we may investigate and resolve the
situation accordingly.
Original shipping charges are not
refundable.
5. EXCHANGE
officialCP.com will gladly exchange size
unless it is a special made item. You must
request for a return authorization number
(RAN)
within 7 days after the delivery of your
order. You need the RAN code to put on the
return package for exchange. Customer is
responsible to ship the item back to us
using a safe a reliable delivery method with
a tracking number to avoid dispute. Items
are to be sent back to the same address it
was shipped from. Items returned without a prior return
authorization number (RAN) will be refused and have the
carrier return the package to sender. We
will process the exchange within 7 business
days after the item has arrived. Customer is responsible for the
shipping charges for the exchange.

ORDERS
You may request a change to your order,
provided your order has not already been
prepared and charged. Please e-mail us to
change your order within 12 hours after you
had placed your order. Please always have
your order number ready.
7. CANCEL
ORDERS
You may request a cancellation of your
order, provided your order has not already
been processed and shipped. Please e-mail us
within 12 hours to cancel your order. If
your account has already been packed and
shipped, the cancellation will be considered
as product return. Thus, shipping charges
are not refundable. You will receive a credit back to
your account. # Please always send your
email with a received receipt request.#

8. PROCESSING
TIME
Your order is passed to the supplier/shipper
within minutes and unless otherwise
indicated on the product listing page they
will process it
within approximately one to two "business"
days, provided the items are in stock and
there are no problems with the payment
verification. officialCP.com does not
guarantee same day shipping or that orders
will
be processed on weekends and holidays.

referenced on our site. However, occasional
human error may occur and we therefore
cannot guarantee that all product
descriptions, specifications, pricing or any

accurate, complete, current, or that we are
responsible for these errors. In the event
that a product is listed at an incorrect
price due to typographical, informational,

at its sole discretion shall have the right
to refuse or cancel any order for that

By accepting delivery of any product

("officialCP.com"), you ("Customer") agree
to be bound by the terms and conditions
listed herein. You and officialCP.com agree
that the these terms and conditions govern the sales
transaction between Customer and
officialCP.com. Any attempt to alter,
supplement, modify or amend these terms and
conditions by the Customer will be
considered a material alteration of this
agreement and, therefore, are null and void.
In addition, these terms and conditions are
subject to change at any time, without prior
written notice. Therefore, please check
these terms and conditions carefully each
time you place an order with, or accept
delivery of any goods from officialCP.com.

14. PRODUCT
RETURN PROCEDURE
To return a product based upon
officialCP.com's exchange/return policies,
you must obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RAN) code within the7 day return period for the product
(described above). Please e-mail us at
officialCP to obtain RAN code. officialCP.com will not
accept returns without prior authorization
and a RAN code. Once issued, RAN numbers
are valid for 15 days within which return
products must be received by officialCP.com.
RAN codes will not be extended or
reissued. Customer should prominently
display the RAN code on the shipping
label of boxes containing the returned
product.
Customer is solely responsible for
shipping any returned product to
officialCP.com. Customer agrees to use only
reputable carriers capable of providing
proof of delivery and insurance for the
entire value of the shipment. Customer
agrees to bear all shipping charges and all
risk of loss for the return of the product during
shipment. Customer agrees that all returned
products will be 100% complete, in
re-saleable condition, and will include the
original packaging material and other
accessories provided. If any component of
the returned product is missing,
officialCP.com's Return Procedure will be
breached and officialCP.com will reject the
entire return or may choose to impose
additional charges against the customer for
replacement of the missing component.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES officialCP.com's
MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE
PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. officialCP.com
SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE
LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT,
TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER
CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS
WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT.
officialCP.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD
PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE
CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS,
INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS,
LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER
OR NOT officialCP.com IS APPRISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
16.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Terms; Orders: An order is not
binding upon officialCP.com until it is
accepted; officialCP.com must receive
payment before it will accept an order.
Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior
to shipment. Customer can make payment by
credit card, or some other method
prearranged with officialCP.com. Customer
understands that officialCP.com is owned by
official CP and their credit/Debit card will
be billed and
marked as from official CP. You agree to pay
the amount(s) due as specified on the
invoice.
17. SHIPPING
CHARGES
Your total cost for purchase of any product
will include shipping and handling charges
shown on the officialCP.com invoice.

18. RISK OF
LOSS
officialCP.com will arrange for shipment of
ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On
Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title
to the product(s) and risk of loss passes to
the Customer upon delivery to the carrier.
officialCP.com reserves a purchase money
security interest in the product(s) until
its receipt of the full amount due. Customer
agrees to allow official CP to sign
appropriate documents on Customer's behalf
to permit official CP to protect its purchase
money security interest. officialCP.com will
advise Customer of estimated shipping dates,
but officialCP.com will, under no
circumstances, be responsible for delays in
delivery, and associated damages, due to
events beyond its reasonable control,
including without limitation, acts of God or
public enemy, acts of federal, state or
local government, fire, floods, civil
disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight
embargoes.
19.
APPLICABLE LAW
You agree that the laws of the state of
Ohio, without regard to principles of
conflict of laws, will govern these Terms &
Conditions to any dispute of any sort that
might arise between you and official CP.
20. DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your
visit to officialcp.com or to products you
purchase through officialCP.com shall be
submitted to confidential arbitration in
Columbus, Ohio , except that, to the extent
you have in any manner violated or
threatened to violate officialcp.com's
intellectual property rights, official CP
may seek injunctive or other appropriate
relief in any state or federal court in the
state of Ohio, and you consent to exclusive
jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Arbitration under this agreement shall be
conducted under the rules then prevailing of
the American Arbitration Association. The
arbitrator's award shall be binding and may
be entered as a judgment in any court of
competent jurisdiction. To the fullest
extent permitted by applicable law, no
arbitration under this Agreement shall be
joined to an arbitration involving any other
party subject to this Agreement, whether
through class arbitration proceedings or
otherwise.

21. SEVERABILITY
If any provision contained in this agreement
is or becomes invalid, illegal, or
unenforceable in whole or in part, such
invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability
shall not affect the remaining provisions
and portions of this agreement, and the
invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision
shall be deemed modified so as to have the
most similar result that is valid and
enforceable under applicable Ohio law.
22. WAIVER
The failure of either party to require
performance by the other party of any
provision of this agreement shall not affect
in any way the first party's right to
require such performance at any time
thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a
breach of any provision in this agreement
shall not be taken or held by the other
party to be a continuing waiver of that
provision unless such waiver is made in
writing.
23.
PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT
INFRINGEMENT
If you believe that your work has been
copied in a way that constitutes copyright
infringement, please provide
officialCP.com's copyright agent the written
information specified below. Please note
that this procedure is exclusively for
notifying official CP that your copyrighted
material has been infringed.
- An electronic or
physical signature of the person
authorized to act on behalf of the owner
of the copyright interest;
- A description of
the copyrighted work that you claim has
been infringed upon;
- A description of
where the material that you claim is
infringing is located on the site,
including the auction ID number, if
applicable;
- Your address,
telephone number, and e-mail address;
- A statement by you
that you have a good-faith belief that
the disputed use is not authorized by
the copyright owner, its agent, or the
law;
- A statement by
you, made under penalty of perjury, that
the above information in your notice is
accurate and that you are the copyright
owner or authorized to act on the
copyright owner's behalf.

24. ENTIRE
AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions and the privacy
policy referenced herein, together with
the officialCP.com's invoice respecting the
products ordered by Customer, are the
complete and exclusive agreement between
officialCP.com and Customer, and they
supersede all prior or contemporaneous
proposals, oral or written, understandings,
representations, conditions, warranties, and
all other communications between
officialCP.com and Customer relating to the
subject products. This agreement may not be
explained or supplemented by any prior
course of dealings or trade by custom or
usage. All orders made by you will be
understood as your complete agreement with
these terms & Conditions.
