Official CP respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for processing orders only. In addition, your credit card statement will read "official CP." for your charges.

3. How do I operate the officialCP.com online shopping cart?

Search for the items you want to buy. Click "ADD to CART" for the item you want. If you want to buy more than one of an item, input the new quantity in the Qty Product field and click "Update". If you need to shop for more items, then click on "continue shopping". When you are finished with your shopping just click on "Check Out" and you can take care of paying for the order.

4. Approximately how long does it generally take to process an order?

It can take 24 – 48 hours for us to process an order before it is shipped, this includes all orders. Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by the shipping method paid for and your local carrier guidelines for delivery. Due to changing inventory, some items may be out of stock when you order. If we are out of an item that you order we will contact you within 48 hours. Your account is charged on per shipping bases and will not be charged until the item is ready for shipping.

5. After I submit an order with official CP, how will I be advised of the order's progress?

You will receive an e-mail notifying you when your order has been shipped.

6. What type of payment does official CP accept?

We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER credit/debit cards. We also accept CASH, U.S. MONEY ORDER and WESTERN UNION. If you are paying with something besides a credit/debit card, e-mail us for the information to where you can send your payment by mail.

7. Does officialCP.com ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to all international destinations. 

8. Does officialCP.com deliver to APO or FPO addresses?

Yes. APO/FPO orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service and take 1-2 business days to be processed and 2-6 weeks to be delivered. Although we ship these by the United States Postal Service, the APO/FPO has their own delivery system which makes tracking unavailable to these addresses.

9. How do I get my tracking number?

If your method of shipment  provides a tracking number the day the orders are shipped  tracking numbers will be emailed after 6:30pm Eastern Standard Time.

10. Does official CP need to verify my shipping address?

No. official CP requires that your billing address is the same as the billing address that your credit/debit card company has for you and that the information is currently up to date. You may have the item shipped to wherever you choose, but again the billing information has to be correct in order to do this.

11. Does officialCP.com pay for the return shipping of defective merchandise?

No. official CP is not responsible for defective merchandise, although we will split the cost of this with the customer. What this means is: You, the customer, must pay to ship the item back to the company and then we will pay to have the replacement shipped back to you.

12. How much is my shipping costs?

Just place all items in the shopping cart, pick your state, country and method of shipping and hit the shipping calculator. You will see the shipping charges calculate in real time based on total weight in your package.

13. I placed an order 2 days ago and chose overnight shipping, it hasn’t arrived yet. Why?

All orders take 24-48 hours to be processed after your order is placed. If you chose overnight delivery then you will receive it in 1-2 days after your order has been processed and is ready for shipment. You will be notified that your order has been shipped.
